Cobh is an Island and is linked to the mainland via a bridge at Belvelly and by car ferry at Carrigaloe which links to Passage West running in both directions every 10 minutes. |

An hourly service between Cobh and Cork also stops at Fota, enabling you to take in the wildlife park on a round trip.

Ringaskiddy Ferry Port is less than 10 miles from Cobh and approximately 9 miles from Carrigaline. This is serviced by Swansea Cork Ferries and by Brittany Ferries from Roscoff and Saint Malo. |
By Air
Cork Airport is less than 30 minutes (approx 20k) drive to Cobh. There are connecting flights to and from Cork to Shannon and Dublin airports, as well as many international routes. A taxi from Cork Airport to Cobh should cost around €30-40.
